Charlotte Armitage: Psychologist, psychotherapist and founder of No Phones At Home Day, Charlotte will give invaluable insights into why social media has such an impact on our emotions and actions.

Sophie Southmayd: Owner of a social media agency, Sophie sees first hand the positives of the platform for the beauty brands and influencers she represents.

Dr Lubna Khan-Salim: Clinician and founder of This is Yorkshire Beauty, Dr Lubna sees both sides of the coin through her work and will chair this discussion as we dissect the issue of the day.
