Founded by Dr Lubna Khan-Salim (longevity and aesthetics specialist) and Victoria Clapham (brand and communications strategist), This is Yorkshire Beauty was born from a shared belief: women deserve intelligent, evidence-based conversation around health, ageing and beauty, and a community they can trust.
Between them, they bring years of medical experience, storytelling expertise and lived experience as busy working mothers navigating life, identity and wellbeing in their 40s.
From Event Series to Sisterhood
What began as intimate educational events on topics like perimenopause, longevity, aesthetics, confidence and body image quickly grew into something bigger, because Yorkshire women were hungry for depth, community and connection.
From that momentum came The BTY Club, our membership network offering access to expert-led workshops, events, resources, and a like-minded community of women who want to feel good and live well, inside and out.
Flying the Flag for Yorkshire
This is Yorkshire Beauty is a proud partner of the British Beauty Council and the official host of Yorkshire’s flagship British Beauty Week event, a milestone moment that put Yorkshire women, brands and innovation firmly on the national stage.
Our sell-out events at Grantley Hall bring together leading experts, local excellence, national brands and hundreds of women for a day of inspiration, education and meaningful connection. And we’re only getting started.
